I'm an artist or photographer, how can I get listed in TLK Gallery?

  • When will I receive my prints?
Depends on the media and print type. If you have selected photo or fine art paper, your print should be printed and shipped within 24-48 hours. If you have selected one of the canvas options, it will take a minimum of 3 days for rolled canvas and 5-10 days for stretched/Gallery wrap. If the print you selected is a signed limited edition print it can take 2-3 weeks as the print may have to be created then sent to the artist to sign and then shipped to you.

  • Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Absolutely!  We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to print your request or in the case of pre-printed limited edition prints, when they are ready to ship.  You would usually have 24 hours to make any changes.

  • Can I only order thru the web site?
No.  You call us on our toll free number to place or discuss an order at
    1-800-893-9564.

  • Do you charge  my credit card immediately?
No.  The shopping cart does not automatically charge your card during the order.  All orders and credit card transactions are handled manualy.  We will not charge your card until we are ready to print your requests or when your items are ready to ship.

  • What is a gallery wrap canvas?
This is a printed image on canvas that is stretched on wooden stretcher bars that are 1.5 inches thick.  This mounting technique allows the picture to be hung without a frame.  The sides of the canvas are wrapped around the 1.5 inch think bars and stapled on the back.  The sides can either be black, white, any solid color or a mirror of the original image.

  • What do you mean by archival?
A term often used to imply that a material will be stable over time,  is permanent, chemically stable, durable and should be acid free, neutral or slightly alkaline pH and lignin free.  All of the media we use meets archival standards.  The inks we use are pigmented which allows for better colorfastness and permanence over time.  Every canvas is protected with an archival  UV coated acrylic finish to guard the print from dust, moisture and fading.  All of the prints we create will last for generations when handled like any fine art work.

  • What type and resolution of picture files can I send?
We can accept most types of image files including jpg, TIF, PSD.  It is always better that a lossless image format be provided, if available.  Please refer to our notes on image submission for additional information.
